I just wanted to let everybody who may be following the Virginia Tech tragedy know that Murray (my brother who is a student at Virginia Tech) and Matthew (Tim’s brother, also at VT) are both fine. Thank you to everybody who has contacted me expressing their concern.

The Harts are, of course, relieved that Murray is AOK. I had seven messages on my machine this afternoon from people concerned about Murray–I guess we really are his second family!

not to overstate the news story, but it has been the only story on BBC news running nonstop for the last several hours, and was the front cover of every evening paper here…unbelievable…
